Kylie Jenner
Take one look at Matrix Celebrity Stylist Daniel Moon's Instagram page and you can tell he loves color. Not only is he the man behind Nicole Richie's ever-changing hues and and Kylie Jenner's famous blue locks before she went back to black, but he's also worked with Rumer Willis, Rita Ora, and Grimes, among others. Now he's sharing his color predictions with us for the new year, saying "From light, to loud and golden, to ashy — 2016 is all about a sexy attitude and a creative look customized for your skin tone." Moon also says when deciding to switch up your style you should bring pictures to your colorist and take your time discussing what you're looking for.
Justine Skye
Justine Skye
I like Justine Skye's purple because of its softness. This flat purple isn't too loud, but loud enough to show up in the light. It looks great on the majority of people and is easy to wear because of its richness.
Gigi Hadid
Gigi Hadid
Gigi Hadid holds it down when it comes to golden blondes. She has a natural deep root with a variation of medium-tone blondes that create "@champagnepapi's waterbed (Drake reference)." This blonde bombshell can look bright and beachy with a blow out or sexy with a sultry kiss fresh out the ocean. The deeper root also frames the face and lights up complementary features.
Bella Thorne
Bella Thorne
I love the variations Bella Thorne wears as a ginger. From copper to apri-copper, she sets the example as a red head. I see strawberry blondes taking a lead this spring in 2016.
Sarah Hyland
Sarah Hyland
Sarah Hyland is the brunette version of Gigi Hadid's hair color. A golden highlight with a warm brown root color can create just enough contrast to give your hair the movement you want. Shadow framing the face with the dark root is a look I see taking over in 2016.
Ashley Benson
Ashley Benson
Ashley Benson's dark blonde is to dye for. Effortlessly styled and grown out, makes the upkeep minimal and this hair color ideal. You can either go brighter or darker from this tones with a gloss that will bring you back to the same place.
Zendaya
Zendaya
Less is more when it comes to Zendaya. Though it's not natural, her bright and ashy tone still lights up her face. Never underestimate a single tone color.
