Warning: This is one graphic pop.

You'll have to see it to believe it for yourself. Over 360,000 people have watched the video in just the past two days! But fair warning: Do not watch this if you've just eaten or plan to eat within the next two to four hours. The image of the cyst's "cheesy" goodness might be burned in your mind for a while.

Oh, Dr. Pimple Popper—how
you fill our lives with cyst-popping videos that
cause...joy?...disgust?...both? If you're unfamiliar with the famous Dr.
Pimple Popper, she's Sandra Lee, M.D., a board-certified dermatologist
based in Upland, California. Lee films her most exciting—and often
graphic—pimple and cyst poppings (with the consent of her patients, of
course), and she shares them with her 2.5 million Instagram followers
and 2.4 million YouTube subscribers. Watching one of her videos is a grotesque but weirdly mesmerizing experience—and her latest video doesn't disappoint.
[post_ads]Lee uploaded a video to YouTube this week that shows her removing an epidermoid cyst
from a patient's back. In the video caption, Lee explains that these
types of cysts are typically harmless, and people usually get them
removed for cosmetic reasons or because the cyst has ruptured and/or
become infected. She calls this particular cyst she's removing
"deceptively deep." Lee and her team first cut open the top of the
cyst—then they start digging. Lee starts to pull out the wet skin cells
that fill up the cyst (technically called "macerated keratin," she
explains in the caption). Then, things get gross. She starts squeezing
the cyst, trying to get the "cheesy" insides of it out—but it's stuck.
"I got to get my knees in this!" she says as she puts pressure on the
cyst, as if she's trying to reel in a fish.
Lo
and behold, the cyst gives way to produce a disgustingly perfect string
of "cheesy" skin. "She's having a baby!" Lee jokes when she's removing
the cyst.

But fair warning: Do not watch this if you've just eaten or plan to eat within the next two to four hours. The image of the cyst's "cheesy" goodness might be burned in your mind for a while.
