Here's even more to love about burgundy shadow.

Shay Mitchell has been on her game lately: She's launched her BaubleBar Collection, and she's also given us some beauty inspiration with her long and lush—but totally natural-looking—lashes. But yesterday, we caught her with an entirely new look: She posted up on the Kylie Cosmetics Instagram account to model the brand-new Burgundy Palette.
[post_ads]Shay's bold look was created by none other than Kylie's own makeup artist, Patrick Ta,
who's known for his use of edgy, unexpected colors—so we're definitely
not surprised that he was into the dramatic shades of the burgundy
palette. He's done Shay's makeup before, too, and given her the full glam look à la Kylie (matte lips and all) in the process.
Shay's
look is a mix of purple-y and red shades from Kylie's palette, which Ta
paired with a deep blackberry matte liquid lip in MAC's High Drama. He defined Shay's eyes with some falsies from House of Lashes and then added a little glitz with some gold ColourPop liner.
Ready for a peek?
According to Ta's Snapchat, the look was done for a lip tutorial on Shay's YouTube channel, so we'll hopefully be getting a step-by-step soon.
