One of the most online popular searches for brides-to-be? Wedding hairstyles. But not all 'dos work for everyone. In fact, many curly styles aren't actually for brides with natural curls. Your big day should be a reflection of you — and that includes your hair. Rather than teasing, straightening and overstyling your strands, why not find a 'do that embraces your natural texture? From soft braids to low updos, there are plenty of ways to celebrate your naturally curly hair. Here, we're spotlighting the best bridal 'dos show off your curls — and how to recreate them for your walk down the aisle.

This classic rolled updo is the perfect complement for a vintage-inspired dress. Put a modern twist on a 40s-esque rolled updo by embracing your natural curls. "Place an elastic headband over your hair and then tuck and roll your hair around the band to create this wreath like updo," says Christina Butcher, blogger at Hair Romance.

This deconstructed low bun is perfect for wavy or curly hair. This relaxed style looks best if left a little messy. "Gather your hair (leaving the sides out) into a low ponytail and twist into a bun at the nape of your neck. Then wrap the side layers back around the bun, twisting and pinning them in place," says Butcher. Fresh flowers and greenery give it a natural feel.
This lovely loose bun is ideal for long or thick curly tresses. To recreate, keep some height at the crown by pinning your hair at the back of your head. Then twist your locks into a loose side bun. Use hairpins and bobby pins to secure the style, then go back and add in more detail by pulling the bun apart. A mist of hairspray will hold it and help to add more height and texture.

"A low braided bun adds a beautiful texture to a simple style," says Butcher. Get the look: Leave some strands loose around your face and braid the rest of your hair. Then twist the braid around to create a bun at the nape of your neck. Wrap the front layers of your hair around the bun. Pin in flowers or embellished accessories to make it wedding-ready.
The half-up twist really makes the most of your natural curls. Simply style your tresses as usual, then twist two sections back and pin in place. Add in flowers to create a whimsical natural crown, or gilded bobby pins for a glam touch.

This faux plait is perfect for all type of curls — from wavy to coily — and it works well with layers too. "It gives the look of a braid but is much easier to do," says Bucher. "It's really just a series of criss-crossing twists that alternate across the back of the head." Each twist is pinned in place with bobby pins to ensure it lasts all day and night.
