5+ Iconic Ways to Wear Glitter Eye Makeup

In January "All About Eyes" issue — our first of four "beauty guides" in 2018,  we wanted to explore fresh ways to wear sparkle in the new year. And makeup artist Emi Kaneko certainly delivered with the freshness. She broke out unexpected materials (pearls and paillettes) and played around with placement (rainbow glitter encircling the eyes and dashes of shimmer peeking out behind lashes). The following nine glittery makeup looks aren't the shimmer of sweetness and fairies. It’s assertive, maybe even a little subversive.
