Glassy Eyed
With tweezers, lash glue, and a steady hand, makeup artist Francelle Daly glued silver confetti pieces by piece on the lash line (and ear) to look like broken glass. “It’s playful, daring, and a little unconventional,” she says. Then, Daly lined the model's waterline with the Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof Long-Lasting Eyeliner in Noir Intense.

More Is MoreThink of glitter as an accessory to your accessories (yeah, take a moment to mull over that glitter inception). Daly coated lids in chunky yellow and aqua glitter to bring on more color and more shine. The one rule here: Don’t hold back. To keep the glitter in place, Daly smeared clear M.A.C. Lipglass on the model's lids first. Then, she pressed on the glitter and left the rest of the model's face bare.

StardustGo ahead and lick your lips. No, really. The tiny gold stars that Daly placed over coral-colored glitter (specifically the M.A.C. Glitter in Reflects Copper) were actually edible cake decorations from Wilton (genius, right?).

Bespoke BrowsCrazy? Fun? Crazy-fun? Whatever you think of these rhinestone-covered brows, “you feel the excitement when you look at them,” says Daly. “You don’t think, Why is she wearing jewels on her brows?” To affix the stones to the model's face, Daly used some Spirit Gum — three dots per brow, to be exact. "Using Spirit Gum is great tool," she says, "but you have to make sure to use a cotton swab with mineral or baby oil to release it and take it off."
If you go for gold, don’t stop at the lids. Rather than a lash glue or tacky lip gloss, Daly brushed the Make Up For Ever Color Cream Face & Body Cream Color in 322, a metallic cream shadow, through the brows and then topped it with fine loose glitter. "I just dusted it on the eyebrows instead of packing it and making it too saturated," she explained. “It’s painterly and pretty.”
