If you've ever searched
for a way to match your hair to that t-shirt you made at camp, look no
further: tie-dye hair exists, and it's surprisingly gorgeous.

or two-toned looks, this one features deliberate spots and horizontal
streaks of color, giving it a unique and modern appeal reminiscent of
the pretty blue bottom of a pool.
The
inspiration behind this stunning shade: a Japanese technique for dyeing
