Step 1: 

Replace your regular drinking water with lukewarm water.

During the day you should drink at least 2 liters of water. In order to lose weight you should drinks at least 10 – 12 glasses of lukewarm water on daily basis. Lukewarm water will activate your metabolically and thus will speed up the process of reducing body fat.



Step 2: 

Drink any weight loss drink of your choice.

Take a pot and pour water and put on heat. Once the water starts to boil add ginger and cumin seeds and let it boil 5 minutes. After that, remove from heat and leave it cool. Stain this potion and your natural weight loss potion is ready.
