Countless studies have shown that organic foods rich in vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and antioxidants can protect your skin from UV rays and increase cell turnover, making your skin look younger and healthier.

Here are some of the best clean-eating foods that help turn back the clock and have you looking and feeling younger.

Salmon



Salmon is a delicious protein that is easy to prepare and loaded with omega-3s. Omega-3’s are a “good” fat that contain alpha-linolenic acid, which keeps skin smooth and hydrated. Salmon can also decrease the appearance of chronic skin diseases like psoriasis or eczema.

Blueberries



Blueberries are the perfect last-minute snack that also happen to be loaded with antioxidants. Antioxidants can protect your skin from harmful particles, or free radicals, that can decrease collagen and damage skin cells.
