
Avocado Dressing

- 1 avocado1 small garlic clove, minced¼ cup filtered water
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill
- 2 drops liquid Stevia½ tsp Celtic sea salt
Directions:
Cut the avocado in half, scoop out the flesh, chop into large pieces, and put into a blender. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until creamy and smooth. If you like your dressing a little runnier, feel free to add more water. This dressing can be used as a dip for vegetable sticks or tossed with greens for a fantastic salad. It will last in your refrigerator for one to two days.
