Good things come in pairs and when it comes to skin care — especially face masks — we love a dynamic duo. Makeup darlings and maestros of clay, Tarte, have taken their Amazonian clay to the next level by introducing their Tight & Bright Clay Multi-mask face mask. The brand dreamed up a yin and yang concept for this skin care launch to help you reach "facial harmony." While multi-masking has gained popularity for the obvious reasons — your skin behaving differently on different parts of your face — it's pretty great when a product caters to those unique needs all in one package.
[post_ads]The dual-chambered mask has one side containing the Purple Detoxifying & Purifying Exfoliating mask. Meant for whisking your pores clear and gently exfoliating, this side nixes shine and excess oil with Tarte's signature Amazonian clay — perfect for addressing any blackheads or congested pores. Micro-exfoliants help to really give you that "ahhhh fresh" instant gratification as you gently rinse it away, kind of like a zesty mouthwash but for your face. Dry skin types need not fret — there's also jojoba, sweet almond, and avocado oil in this side to nourish your newly cleared pores.
The other chamber contains the Gold Hydrating & Firming mask. This gel is ideal for all the delicate areas of your face, particularly around the eyes, for plumping and firming (think of it like getting your cheeks pinched, but in a glam way, not like by an old auntie). This mask also cools and calms any redness or inflammation with chamomile extract. Also, yes, this side also includes Amazonian clay. The clay is an extra boost for clarity and circulation without being drying on account of the hyaluronic acid.
Both masks are formulated for all skin types, being gentle enough for sensitive skin types but still pulling the weight of a pore-clearing clay mask. Depending on your skin's needs you can target certain zones with each mask simultaneously or try using the clay mask and then the gel mask for a skin reboot. Just think — your Sunday night skin care routine is going to get all at once more streamlined and more efficient (plus vegan, to boot!).

The Tight & Bright Clay Multi-mask is $40 and will launch on Tartecosmetics.com June 6, on Sephora.com June 26, and in-store at Sephora on July 14.
