Blackheads also known as “open comedones” are small dark spots on the
skin. If the comedone is closed, it actually is a whitehead.

Egg White Mask

First separate the yolk from the egg white. You should einse your

egg white on your skin (the layer should be thin). Next, keep the toilet
paper or facial tissue on the egg whites and press gentry on your face.
You should keep it for few minutes until the layer is dry. After that,
you need to apply a second layer over the paper or the tissue.

forget that the tissue or the paper shouldn’t slide off. Wait another
few minutes until the layer is dry. By your choice you can apply third
layer. Once the mask is dry, you will notice that your face feels tight.
Finally peel off the mask, and get rid if there is residue. Then, pat
yourself dry and apply moisturizer.
Cinnamon and Honey Strips
This mixture is powerful combination as there are anti-bacterial
agents in honey that keep away the bacteria which causes acne. Moreover,
it will pull out anything that clogs the pores. Cinnamon improves
circulation. This paste will make your skin glowing, healthy, smooth and
blackhead free.
Ingredients:
Organic and raw honey;
Cinnamon powder;
Clean cotton strips.
Preparation and use:
First mix the cinnamon and honey until you get nice paste. After that
apply thin layer on your blackhead and press some cotton over it. You
should keep it on about 3 – 5 minutes. After that, remove the layer and
rinse the face. At the end apply some moisturizer.
Cleansing Sugar Scrub
This scrub will provide you great exfoliating and moisturizing.
Namely, with exfoliating you will remove all dead skin cells that clog
the pores. The result will be improved circulation and glowing skin. It
is recommended to use jojoba oil in order to close the body’s own sebum.
Also, you can use olive, grape seed or sweet almond oil.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons jojoba oil
1 cup white or brown sugar
1 airtight glass jar
Some essential oils (by your choice)
Preparation and use:
All you need to do is to mix the jojoba oil and sugar. Stir until you
get homogeneous mixture without grains left. You can add few drops
essential oil as a fragrance. After that, store it in a glass jar, and
place it in dark and cool place. Before use you should stir the mixture.
It is important to mention that you should apply it on wet face and
massage the skin with circular motions. Leave to act about half an hour
and then rinse it off with water. Finally apply moisturizer.
Note: If you use the scrub for more than 2 times weekly, it might cause skin irritation.
Lemon Juice Scrub
This amazing scrub is great solution for problem with blackheads due
to the fact that lemon juice contains vitamins and nutrients that are
effective in fight against blackheads.
Ingredients:
Lemon juice;
Honey;
Rosewater or milk;
Salt;
Yogurt;
A jar or a bowl.
Preparation and use:
Prepare mixture of honey, yogurt, salt and lemon juice and scrub the
affected area. It is important to apply the mixture evenly.
Additionally, you can mix rosewater or milk with your lemon juice and
prepare facial cleanser. You should apply it every day, in a period of
10 – 12 days.
Green tea
This tea is great for human health in many different ways. Green tea

various types of cancer; also lowers the risk of Parkinson’s and
Alzheimer’s disease; improves the dental health and moreover it fights
type 2 diabetes. In addition to that, green tea is great against
blackheads.

Green tea leaves;
Water;
Teaspoon;
Soft towel or napkin;
Bowl
Preparation and use:
In a bowl keep your dry green tea leaves and pour some water on them.
Mix these two ingredients until you get nice paste. Next step is to rub
this paste over the blackheads about 2 to 3 minutes. After that, rinse
off with lukewarm water. Finally, pat yourself dry with a soft towel or
napkin.
