The rose-gold chain woven through Jennifer Lawrence's basket braids is breathtaking because it's so delicate. And this is a great opportunity to repurpose a dainty chain or an old necklace. To secure it in the hair, don't start the braid right away. Make a side part and take a two-inch-wide section right at the center of the forehead and tie it into a ponytail with a clear elastic (the elastic should sit about two inches back from the hairline). Feed the end of the chain through the elastic to hold it in place. Gather the ponytail and the chain together, take two more small sections of hair and start to French-braid as usual.
