She uses an eyebrow razor to basically exfoliate her nose.

Beauty blogger Sherry Maldonado
has been known for some crazy (yet useful) beauty and makeup hacks that
she posts on Instagram, but some are skeptical about one of her latest.
Maldonado claims that using an eyebrow razor will help get rid of
blackheads and other build-up on your nose, which often causes the
common problem of your makeup foundation to cake on your face.
[post_ads]While
the eyebrow razor really is shaving her nose, it apparently won't do
any harm to your skin, since it's basically a form of exfoliation,
according to an article from Allure.
In the Instagram tutorial, you can see Maldonado shaving the sides and
tips of her nose and then revealing that she actually was scraping dirt
and other impurities off. Once she finishes shaving her nose, she
applies coconut oil and then reapplies her foundation to show that her
makeup looks smoother after the whole process.
Maldonado
mentions in her caption that the razor exfoliation process was inspired
by the dermaplaning technique, which is a skin care treatment that
removes dead skin cells and vellus hair (little peach-fuzz-type hairs).
Watch Maldonado's video below for the full tutorial for smoother,
glowing skin thanks to razor exfoliating.
