"It's the one product that helps you look healthy and awake, like you've just done a workout," says Mally Roncal. With her simple technique, you get the prettiest results while barely having to lift a finger.

[post_ads]I'm a self-proclaimed blush-oholic: I swipe it on every day and add a little above my brows, too, which is a trick I learned from Celine Dion (I know!). No matter your skin tone, you can wear any vibrant color — even if you're prone to redness,
like our model, Lauren. She was avoiding blush, so I taught her where
to place it and how to blend it so you just look like the rosiest,
happiest version of yourself.
"This brings a nice, natural flush to my cheeks. And Mally's method gave me the confidence to do this in my everyday routine," says Lauren.
1
Start With Highlighter
Adding a bit of sheen before the blush will help the overall effect seem more polished. Brush a highlighter in champagne (for lighter skin) or gold (for darker skin) along the tops of your cheekbones, stopping an inch shy of your hairline.

2.
Dab On Your Blush
When in doubt, choose a pinky-peach shade — it's lovely on all complexions. Cream formulas tend to look softer than powder. To apply, smile, then tap the hue on your skin just below the apples of your cheeks.

3.
Blend It In Well
Keep tapping your fingers on your skin, swirling them up along — but not above — your cheekbone. (Placed too close to your eyes, blush can read as irritation or make you appear tired.) Repeat until the color becomes sheer enough for you.

Do the Finishing Touch
Here's the move Celine taught me: Using whatever blush is left on your fingers, lightly pat it just above the arch and inner part of your brows. It sounds weird, but you'll see how beautifully it pulls your look together.
