Marble manicures have had their moment of social media fame — even inspiring the creation of marbleized lipstick — but now, they seem to be giving way to something that has less to do with copying kitchen countertops and more to do with spreading good vibes. Rose quartz manis are currently flooding our feeds, swapping out the typical white-and-grey color scheme of marbles nails for translucent veins of white in a pink ombre base.
To get the dreamy look, all you have to do is follow our marbleized mani tutorial and swap out a few colors. Instead of a white base, choose a range of pale pinks — we particularly love shades that have a jelly finish to mimic the look of actual crystal. Then, grab your thinnest striping brush and dip it in white polish to paint the veins of the marble and start creating an optical illusion on your nails.
