ICYMI, Kat Von D's vice president of product development has an Instagram, and it's packed with sneak peeks. Yesterday, Nancy McGuire posted a picture of the upcoming Kat Von D metallic blue lipstick. The post showed what it looks like on the lips of the cruelty-free company's founder herself, as well as a couple of her makeup artist friends. The shimmery royal blue has us hyperventilating. It could easily be mistaken for the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Echo (a navy blue) with some shades from the Alchemist Holographic Palette brushed on top, but that's not the case. In McGuire's caption, she wrote, "I think everyone is excited about this one 😱" with the hashtag #comingsoon. We need "soon" to be, like, now.

We guessed that they were metallic versions of the company's cult-favorite Everlasting Liquid Lipstick. If the swatches are in fact the same product shown in the most recent sneak peek, expect metallic sky blue and fuchsia lipstick in your future, too.Kat Von D hasn't posted anything about the new lipstick shade on her own Instagram account, so we don;t know any more details about it just yet.
