Reddit is a beautiful place for extremely specific requests. The best part is no matter how niche they may seem, they are considered completely normal by fellow Redditors. The latest request to catch our eye was lipstick-related.

(Let's be real, we all know M.A.C.'s Ruby Woo is the best lipstick in bullet form.) Her stipulations included one that is well-formulated because "we all know how much streaks and patchiness can destroy a bold red color" and one that is the "tiniest bit deeper almost berry-toned." Basically, she was looking for the classic Marilyn Monroe red. Several Redditors responded with lippies that fit the bill. Here are some of the most popular suggestions:
Kylie Cosmetics Mary Jo K Matte Lip Kit ($29)
"Kylie's Mary Jo K is a beautiful blue-red liquid lipstick," one user named deanwinchestear wrote. "Not patchy at all and I personally found it comfortable and love it. It's my HG red lipstick" (BTW HG stands for holy grail).

ColourPop Ultra Satin Lip in London Fog ($6)Another HG red: this pinky red from ColourPop. Both ashleyrobin95 and regal6k recommended it. "I just got this in the mail and immediately applied it. I'm in love," regal6k said. If you're more of a matte finish fan, RedQueen91 suggested ColourPop's Ultra Matte Lip in Creeper.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in American Doll ($20)Several Redditors called out this classic red shade as one of the the best red liquid lipsticks with blue undertones. Itzmizzy, in particular, wrote, "American Doll is so freaking beautiful."

Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stain in Always Red ($14)Sephora's cult-favorite liquid lipstick was bound to come up. With 40 shades to choose from, scmua1234 zeroed in on Always Red. "It is the most perfect red lipstick on the planet," they explained.
