Yes, really.
Freckles are a polarizing subject. If you do
have them, there's a good chance you've spent half your life trying to
cover them up. However, those of us who don't have freckles, want in on
the action. The grass is always greener, right?

If you fall into the latter category, we have two words for you: freckle tattooing.
Freckle tattooing — AKA microblading's lesser-known cousin-is a cosmetic procedure that is growing in popularity across the world.
The tattooist can either enhance the freckles already present, or create a spade of new ones.
As
with any tattoo, the initial coloring is quite dark and intense, which
isn't very natural. Why? Well, even if tattoos have a darker pigment,
ideally, they should be a bit soft around the edges.

Fortunately, tattooed on freckles fade over time, creating a more desirable effect.

If you weren't blessed
with freckles but feel like getting them tattooed on is a bit extreme -
we hear you. There is another, much cheaper and less permanent
alternative available though, Topshop's Freckle Pencil, $7.
What do you think, is this another beauty fad? Or does it have legs?
